Working Process:
During the compression stroke, the compressor piston moves upward and compresses the gas inside the cylinder. As the cylinder pressure rises above the pressure in the discharge line, the discharge valve opens automatically. The compressed gas then flows through the discharge valve and into the delivery system.

When the piston reaches the end of its compression stroke and begins the return stroke, the pressure conditions change. The discharge valve closes to prevent the compressed gas from flowing back into the cylinder. This repeated opening and closing allows the compressor to deliver compressed air efficiently while maintaining the required discharge pressure.
