Working Process

1. Compressor Start-up
   • The inlet valve remains closed or partially open until the controller initiates the loading sequence.
2. Loading Operation
   • The inlet valve opens, allowing clean atmospheric air to enter the airend where it is compressed.
3. Pressure Control
   • When the required system pressure is reached, the inlet valve closes to stop air intake, placing the compressor in the unloaded state and reducing power consumption.
4. Reloading
   • As system pressure decreases due to air demand, the inlet valve reopens automatically, allowing the compressor to resume full-capacity operation.
5. Seal Kit Function
   • Over time, seals and O-rings wear, causing internal air leaks, sticking valves, slow loading, or unstable pressure.
