Working Process

1. Compressor Start-up

2. Loading Cycle

   • Atmospheric air enters the airend, where it is compressed and delivered to the air system.
3. Pressure Regulation
   • As the receiver reaches the preset pressure, the controller signals the unloading valve.
   • The valve closes the air intake and unloads the compressor, allowing it to idle without producing compressed air.
4. Automatic Reloading
   • When system pressure falls below the preset level, the unloading valve reopens automatically.
   • The compressor resumes full-capacity air production to meet demand.
5. Maintenance Function
   • Over time, O-rings, piston rings, springs, and valve components wear due to continuous cycling.
